At VentureCred, we are committed to delivering high-quality, verified investor data to help founders raise funds faster. Since our product is a digital file (Excel download) that is delivered instantly after purchase, we maintain the following refund policy:

✅ Eligible for Refund

• If you are charged more than once for the same purchase.

• If you did not receive the download link or file after completing your payment.

• If there is a technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing the product.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

• Once the file has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, since the product is digital and cannot be returned.

• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or if you later decide you no longer need the product.

• Any misuse of the data (spamming, reselling, or sharing) is strictly prohibited and not grounds for a refund.
